what are the ingredients to making a good ice cream milkshake?

i always have liked Vanilla ice cream milkshake.I would make it at home and it would not have turned out good and my uncle made a good ice cream milkshake and i don't know what his ingredient is so do you guys have a secret ingredient for ice cream milkshake???

1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup vanilla ice cream
3 1/2 Tablespoon Sugar
about 1/2 cup whatever you want the flavor to be like strawberries or bananas
