how can i make dairy free mix to put in soft serve machine?

I have looked everywhere on the net but can only find frozen yoghurt as an alternative to standard soft serve mix. really what i would like is a fruit based dairy and sugar free recipe (but can use sugar alternatives). I am looking for a recipe that can be used in a proper soft serve machine. thanks :)
