Does ne1 know how to make homeade ice cream in an ice cream maker?

I have a huge ice cream maker but have never used it. It was givin to me without instructions. I need to know how to use it or is there an easier way w/o it? And can ne1 suggest a great exotic flavor?

Google search...Homemade Ice Cream, then pick the one you like. Making it in an ice cream maker....keep salt in it. Also, try to find an instruction manual online.
