We have an electric ice cream maker. Where you fill the metal container in the middle with the ice cream mix, then put ice around the outside of it and turn the ice cream maker on. But instead of putting salt and ice around the metal container can we put dry ice around it?
Answer
I would not suggest it. Dry ice can be dangerous to handle and it is possible that it might damage your ice cream maker. It just might be too cold for the unit.
