How do I lease a coomercial soft serve machine in California?

We are looking for a soft serve machine that we can get from a company. We're hoping a company will let us rent or lease the machine if we promise to buy our ice cream products from them. What are some good companies and how can I do price comparisons if there are no live people to talk to?
