Can I mix creamy decorator icing with cream cheese to make frosting?

I bought the wilton's white creamy decorator icing (4 lbs.) but I will not use it all. Can I add cream cheese to it to make cream cheese frosting?

Yes you can just soften and then mix well with hand mixer until it creamy then add icing
