There was a commercial showing it being cut with a knife. It was a fancier type of ice cream. I can't remember the name or the company that made it. It's driving me crazy!

The first answer might have gotten it, and you can get yule type logs that are made of ice cream. Could you mean Vienetta made by Breyers? (I don't think they make them anymore unfortunately, they were awesome).
