Here's what I know: During the last ice age, the earth was covered in 2 miles of ice. Because of this, the lower sea level of the planet, there was over 10 million sq. miles of land exposed that lies beneath the waves today.
My question is: What did the world look like with the extra 10 million sq. miles of landmass?

Answer
Much of the areas of continental shelf were above sea level.

This program can be used to simulate different sea levels. On average, during the last Ice Age the sea level was about 600 feet lower (enter -200m into the program) >>> http://merkel.zoneo.net/Topo/Applet/
