Q. I finish uni next week, and have been trying to think of ways to make some money over the summer. I thought about selling drinks maybe ice-creams on the beach from a cool box. Would i need a licence/permit to do this? Also if anyone has any idea's on how i can make some easy money over the summer that would be much appreciated.

Yes, you need a license to sell any type of food beverage.
Good idea (what churches do) is to have a donations (for school or gas) and with an amount donation they get a gift of food in your case ice-cream.

ages 10-15: Do peoples yards- easy and after you get them to like you they might give you a bonus =P
ages 16-21 Get a easy job , bagger, cart boy, and more
ages 21-60 Should be looking at a more permanent job or full time college
