What setting should I put my Hamilton Beach blender on to make a milkshake?

It's a 10 speed Hamilton Beach blender, with Beat, Stir, Ice Breaker, Aerate, Blend, Puree, Liquefy, Chop, Frapee and Mix. Whenever I make a milkshake, it comes out liquidy. What setting should I put it on? Also, as a bonus, I'd appreciate some good recipes. But what really matters is the setting. Thanks!
