I have made a few batches of ice cream in my Cuisinart ice cream maker ice-25, I have used the quick and easy vanilla ice cream recipe from here: http://www.cuisinart.com/share/pdf/manuals/ice-25bc_recipe.pdf
I have found this recipe to be to heavy. I also have no heavy (whipping) cream, I do have half and half, 2%, and skim milk.
What ice cream recipe can I use for this?

Use the half and half. That's what I always use in my Donvier Ice Cream maker. If that's still too rich for your preference, the next time try 1/2 2% milk and 1/2 half and half.
