I have a commercial ice machine whirlpool model:GI1500XHB6 but I couldn't find the thermostat to adjust the thickness.

where do I can find the thermostat to adjust the cut-in and cut-out of compressor?
I just only see the electronic control board neither adjusting potential meter nor thermostat where the fill timer locate on the control board?

There is no thermostat that controls ice thickness. There is a bin thermostat to shut off the compressor when the bin is full of ice. My question would be why do you need to adjust the ice thickness? Is the ice too thin? Too thick? There is an ice control thermistor (non-adjustable) that controls ice thickness. When thickness is achieved, the thermistor sends a signal to the P. C. board to release the ice onto the cutting grid. Have you cleaned the condenser? Those things are dust magnets.
