What's involved in an ice-cream van business? E.g. where to get ice-cream, what machines are needed etc.?

I need to create a business for a school project (only theoretically), and I was just wondering about some of the processes involved in running an ice-cream van business. For example,
1. What machines are needed to create the goods? (soft serve ice-cream, mainly).
2. Where do I get the ingredients etc. to create the ice-cream?
3. Where do I get the cones/waffle cones from? Like, super markets or directly from factories that produce the cones?

Thanks in advance!

Answer
1. Firstly you need a nice white van with a nice bell for all the kiddies. Nice amount of space in the back of the van for unrelated purposes... Continuing, you need duh soft serve ice cream as duh kiddies love dat stuff, mainly chocolate because everyone wants to get fat these days.

2. You can get your ingredients from your local dealer. They are usually located in industrial areas as they are distributers. You might want to look for better prices from old mate at your local bar, he knows more then anyone else!

3. Get the cones from duh same place.
