I am planning a ice cream eating contest for the freshman, sophomore, junior, and senior class. I dont know how to organize it so if you have any suggestions i would highly appreciate it.

Thanks! (:

Answer
1. Figure out how many people you would like to compete for each group
2. Have a place for people to sign up, or do a drawing (announce an after school meeting, have a signup table after school/at lunch, have a sign up sheet on a wall or clipboard in the hallway)
3. Pick from whatever source, who will be in the contest.
4. Plan the date, time, and place for the contest to occur.
5. Make sure everyone competing and/or judging the contest knows everything they need to know about it (place, time, date)
6. Make sure the place you picked for the event will be accessible and acceptable for the competition
7. Buy the ice cream, preferably tubs because they can sometimes be cheaper. Store them in the freezer, and buy the ice cream no one will mind eating. If someone is allergic to vanilla, you don't want 10 tubs of just vanilla ice cream
8. Be sure to inform everyone of the rules right before the competition.
9. Have a reward or prize ready for the winner, whatever the standards for winning may be.
-money, candy, gift card, food, hug, high 5, pat on the back, ribbon, trophy, or maybe a cool summertime swimming pool toy.

This took me a long time to type, so please read it! Thank you!
