Why dose my ice cream meld when I put it in the microwwave?

Cold ice cream hurts my teeth so I want it to be warm, so I put it in the microwave but then and then it melts. I want ice cream to be not melty but I want it warm so it don't hurt my teeth. How can I do that?

You really didn't know the ice cream would melt in the microwave? Thats what a microwave is for....cooking things. Scoop your ice cream into your bowl and let it just set out on the counter for a bit so it melts a little.
