How to keep chocolate syrup from falling onto our hands?

I am going to start selling different desserts on a stick (think popsicle stick) at my bakery. Some of them will have to be dipped in chocolate and served to the customers on the spot. As you can imagine, it will be quite messy. Does anyone know how to keep it clean?
I was looking at the disposable plastic ice cream cone holders but i am really looking for something that is designed for popsicles and not ice cream cones. the dessert is served warm so the hardening syrups wouldn't work. Thanks!

I would suggest gloves. They are the simplest and cheapest solution.
