What are some great alcoholic drinks with sherbert ice cream?

I had something similar to this last thanksgiving, but there wasn't alcohol it in. The host had made this great punch with sherbert ice cream and 7 Up. I was wondering if anyone had any great recipes of this same combination with a great liquor! Something smoothe and won't burn a hole in my pocket :)
