How do you make 'makeshift' slush machine?

I want to make slushies but I don't have a slush machine (or an Ice cream maker.) A blender doesn't make a slushie well because you would have to use ice. Also, how can I make the slushie mix with Snow ball syrup?
Let's see here, I'm a thirteen year old person with no money or credit card, no bank account, and They cost too much for the income that pays bills for the house I live in.
