Anyone knows any recipes for ICECREAM....
Answer
You can really use any old ice cream recipe, you would just need to adjust the recipe so that it only makes one pint. A regular ice cream maker is usually one and half quarts. One half pint = 1/4 quart, so divide the recipe by six to get the correct measurements. Or, because that's kind of a weird conversion, you could also mix together the ingredients without scaling them down, then just pouring them in your ice cream maker and saving the rest for another time.
Also, I'm guessing that the manual it comes with has some sort of chocolate or vanilla ice cream recipe. Either of those can either be manipulated to tasting like something else. If you want butter pecan ice cream, add some chopped pecans and some maple syrup. Or, if you want rocky road, add mini marshmallows and chopped nuts to the chocolate ice cream. Or for strawberry, some sliced strawberries and strawberry jam to the vanilla.
