How can I turn powder milk into ice cream, without adding sugars or any other product?

My nutritionist has me drinking Bariatric Advantage powder milk full of nutrition. He said that I could turn it into ice cream. I don't want to add sugar, salt, or anything else as a matter of fact. I only want to use the product itself. Can someone please help me?
