What are the names of the groups ice cream can be put in?

Hello everyone,

Well, I am doing a project on the periodic table where I choose a topic and I create my own periodic table. Obviously, I have chosen ice cream as my topic and I have all of my flavors but I have trouble putting them into "families" aka groups.

For example: Vanilla ice cream is under the group of the Classics.

Keep in mind I have to create 8 groups... It would be great if you could figure a few names for eight groups.
