I'd do something like "Coconut Chocolate Pecan Cake". - Buttery coconut ice cream with shredded coconut, pieces of chocolate cake and pecans! Who's in favour??!

I'd make one called Alpine Coffee Crunch...coffee ice cream with white chocolate and toffee bits and almonds. YUM.
