ice cream lazy susan image
Jennifer
I am looking for a recipe for what is called a Chocolate Drop cookie. My grandma used to take me to Albertsons when I was little to get them & I found recently found a place in Pike Place Market that sells them also but I want the recipe for it. I believe they are a amond shortbread cookie with a thumbprint pushed into the center before baking & there is a frosted 'hershey kiss" shaped dollop of chocolate on top after they are cooled, I'm assuming because the chocolate isn't melted. I have found some cookies that are similar to this cookie at Safeway that are called Lazy Susan cookies.
Maybe I should clarify, the cookie didn't have chocolate in it. The only chocolate part of the cookie was on the top of it. It's just a white cookie.
