Would they turn hard or something?
I am making an ice cream cake and I am putting gummy bears on it as a decoration.
@ Madam curries
I am too young to work -_- And the cake is for my brothers birthday. So what, I eat cake once in a while.

Answer
well.....picture this........people are eating your cake and they are chewing it right now.....the cake is moist and soft, the ice cream is soft....oh!! But all of a sudden they bite into something unexplainibly difficult to chew....

gummy bears wont be as squishy if u put them in the freezer...their gumminess is going to be like theyre stale. Ever had a stale gummy bear? I mean...if you wouldnt mind that very different texture and taste on a cake then go ahead and freeze em! But personally....i would leave them alone.

Where can you buy ice cream snowballs?

We used to buy these at United Dairy Farmers in Cincinnati, OH. Vanilla ice cream rolled in coconut, with holly leaves and a red candle on top for decoration.

Answer
• Vanilla ice cream
• Shredded coconut
• Garnish (holly, mint, candles)

DIRECTIONS: Scoop several balls of ice cream onto a baking sheet and place in freezer until solid. The balls can be any size you’d like. You can use a melon baller or you can create larger snowballs with your hands (that could be fun).

Some baking sheets might not fit in a freezer, especially a freezer that’s already full of ice cream so feel free to place the ice cream balls on something smaller. Remove from freezer and roll in coconut. Re-freeze until ready to serve. Garnish with holly or mint and a candle (optional).

great... i was going to sleep !! guess i need to go buy icecream

p.s. it's FRICKIN 8 degrees !!!!!!!!!
