Also the lead singer who was burning the dollar bill was wearing like an old school ice cream man's hat. It was an alternative rock song not very popular but the video has stained my memory and I must know the artist and song. Thanks

the only video i can think of is smashing pumkins song "today". but i don't remember him burning $$ in it. he is wearing the hat, though.
