My batch freezer was designed for icecream mixes I guess. Pumps in alot of air and all. But when I try to churn my from scratch icecreams I always end up with butter. Even when I reduce the churning time. I still end up with grainy icecream. This machine costs a fortune. It should produce any and all types of ice cream. Pls help.
