How would YOU handle this situation?

You're out eating at a restaurant when a large family with lots of little kids walks in and sits in the booth in front of you. The kids are loud and start jumping around and running around the restaurant screaming and being obnoxious. The parents demonstrate little control over their children and basically ignore them letting them do whatever they want.
One of the kids is eating ice cream, and he turns around in the booth so he's facing you and he throws the bowl of ice cream at you and it hits you square in the face and gets all over your face and clothes.

What would you do?

wow, that's a hard one. I think I'd get pretty pissed, tell the parents to control their children, and go straight to the bathroom to wash up,without waiting for an answer, because having his parents making false apologies to me would anger me even more.
