Q. Prepared a meal for my family the other day and i had a great response, it was roast chicken and veg for start then ice cream for desert and i want to know what you have made please?
Answer
I used organic chicken breasts stuffed with cooked locally made apple wood smoked bacon and finely grated Swiss cheese. I spread Dijon mustard on the skins, and sprinkled on some dried Tarragon.
Baked until the internal temp. was 185 degrees F
in a 400 degree preheated oven for about 35 minutes.
Served with saffron rice and crudities.
We couldn't eat dessert.
