I love the ice cream made to look like cartoon characters with the bubblegum eyes. I was just wondering, instead of getting them from the ice cream man so I don't have to constantly flag him down and run after him, is there anywhere that I could just order the ice cream and have it delivered to my house?

Answer
i have no idea where you would buy it at, but our local ice cream man has spinners on his truck and i.c.p. blares out the speakers!

Is it normal for an ice cream truck to be running after 8 o'clock pm?

Is it safe for children to buy ice cream this late? Considering it could be a fake ice cream truck trying to hurt children.

Answer
An ice cream truck after 8 p.m. is a red flag. It could be a pervert, a drug peddler, a burglar, or even a private investigator. Think about it....a big truck like that could hold lots of household items, drugs, or camera equipment. The worse case scenario, though, would be a pervert using it to hurt or abduct children.

Be sure to (discreetly) get his license plate in case you need to report him in the future. You may also want to call the city hall to see if this individual has a "peddler's license" to operate in your town. Most cities require this. If he doesn't, the police will be on the lookout for him.

I took my new ice cream truck to a new neighborhood today, everyone was siked because it's been awhile since they've had a truck come through there. Kids were happy, parents were happy, but one guy had to flag me down and tell me he pays money to the home owners assco to not have solicitors. It just doesn't seem like soliciting to me. Everyone bought from me and asked if I could come back next week. Shouldn't the hoa have to be the one's to tell me I can't come there anymore. What can I do?

Answer
That means you can't go into their neighborhood and sell product.

If you're making money, keep going, just remember to keep some stashed back in case you get fined. (Worst case scenario, but it could happen).
