I need a recipe for berry sorbet for a 4 quart ice cream maker.

I usually make my sugar syrup and add a 1/2 cup of fresh lemon juice, a 2 to 1 sugar to water so 2 1/2 cups of sugar 1 1/2 cups of water, now I would add some of the syrup to fruit, puree in the blender, and strain out the seeds add the pulp to the syrup and process to your machines specifications, now I use to make it in an industrial machine that produced 6 litres, once it has set up freeze it for 2-3 hours, and let it sit out for 5 minutes before you scoop it, garnish with fresh berries or a sauce.
