What to do if you feel broken hearted by him?

It was my new job and he was my new supervisor. He thought highly of me in the beginning and that was why he offered me the position. I thought we have a good relationship. But now, I wasn't able to do well at the job because my production was not up to their standard and I had been giving verbal warnings by him... and I may not have my job anymore pretty soon ... All these just happened so quick and fast and I just didn't know it would be like this .... I feel so broken-hearted and sad and really didn't mean for this to happen because I think he would be a good person for me ... But now it is just such a mess ...I don't know what to do... I feel so broken hearted...
I mean if I didn't make the first mistake of not focusing on my job completely, then I would still be able to do well at my job and have a good relationship with him. It was my fault because I wasn't that focused seriously on my job and I also was not aware of their expectations of me in the beginning.

When he (the supervisor) gave me a written warning, he said that it has to do with my future there with the company. I feel really bad because I want him to think highly of me like before because I like to be successful in that job and I also like him.. But, now it just seems like a mess and it sucks ... What should I do?

eat lots of ice cream at first, while watching movies... it gets your mind of the guy (dont do this for too long cause you will gain weight & then blame me, lol) remember to spend 24/7 with your friends, get your mind of anything thats troubling you, have a chick night, then go out to i.e. movies. in your spare time you can go jogging, its really relaxing especially if its in a quiet enviorment like a beach or a park, bring your ipod with your favorite songs on it & blast it. it keeps you pumped while running & its a great stress reliever.so, you are heart broken & you need to get your life back on track; just find something taht intrests you & stick to it. it could be an art class, a yoga, a woman's suppost group, ect.

1) Breathing Exercises
Deep breathing is an easy stress reliever that has numerous benefits for the body, including oxygenating the blood, which ‘wakes up’ the brain, relaxing muscles and quieting the mind. Also, the mental focus on nothingness keeps your mind from working overtime and increasing your stress level.

3) Exercise
Many people exercise to control weight and get in better physical condition to become more healthy or physically attractive, but exercise and stress management are also closely linked. Exercise provides a distraction from stressful situations, as well as an outlet for frustrations, and gives you a lift via endorphins as well.

4) Yoga
Yoga is one of the oldest self-improvement practices around, dating back over 5 thousand years! It combines the practices of several other stress management techniques such as breathing, meditation, imagery and movement, giving you a lot of benefit for the amount of time and energy required.

5) Music
Music therapy has shown numerous health benefits for people with conditions ranging from mild (like stress) to severe (like cancer). When dealing with stress, the right music can actually lower your blood pressure, relax your body and calm your mind.

just try to work hard, and make sure everythign else goes right, also it would be a good idea to have a second job that you could work at in case something goes wrong in this one, just have an emergency back up plan, everyone should have one.
