is there any difference between the type of ice cream used in the shakes and the regular ice cream?
I mean when I am preparing a shake, do i use the same regular ice cream or do they use a special modified type of ice cream??
I am asking because I am planning to open a shakes store, and I am wondering what kind of ice cream should I use..
what is the shake powder??

Nope it's the same. I cheat and add alittle milk and mix it in. If you don't put too much in it seems to cause little crystals in the ice cream as the milk freezes.
